Synopsis

two Palestinians go dogging is a thought-provoking play set in the mid-2040s near Jerusalem, focusing on Reem, a Palestinian woman, and her experiences amid the Middle East conflict. The narrative begins with a darkly humorous scenario involving local Palestinians and evolves into a deeper exploration of identity, resistance, and the impact of ongoing violence. A key event is the death of an Israeli figure, which escalates tensions and affects the characters in various ways. Throughout the play, Reem’s journey highlights themes of resilience and the human spirit amidst strife, portrayed through a blend of realism and surreal storytelling elements.
