Synopsis

A dull, ordinary house where boredom lurks in every corner, waiting to be banished by adventure.

Max, a curious 10-year-old boy, stumbles upon a magical sign in his garden that leads him to an extraordinary world. There he meets Gary, a yellow long-nosed hippopotamus with a dream of flying. Together, they embark on a whimsical journey across the globe to gather the ingredients for a special flying potion.

With a dash of childlike wonder and a sprinkle of imagination, this playful two-act adventure takes us from a Russian palace to an Indian jungle. Along the way, Max and Gary encounter a pea-loving prince, cocktail-sipping monkeys, and discover the power of kindness and friendship. Through their quest, they learn that sometimes the most incredible journeys begin right in your own backyard.
