Synopsis

North London, 1996, in a world where youth and charm are both an asset and a liability.

Charlie, a charming and somewhat aimless twentysomething, drifts through life seducing and irritating women while philosophising about existence. His casual affairs and pseudo-philosophical musings conceal a deeper existential insecurity, highlighted by his failed relationship with Toni, a young nurse.
