Peckham: The Soap Opera is a witty, fast-paced exploration of gentrification and community resilience. Through interconnected storylines and snappy dialogue, the play captures the vibrant chaos of urban life, blending humor with poignant social commentary. The episodic structure and larger-than-life characters echo classic British soap operas, while tackling timely issues of cultural identity, economic disparity, and the struggle to maintain authenticity in a rapidly changing world.
