Synopsis

Shala and Aoife, navigate a labyrinth of personal and professional exchanges that highlight the transient nature of digital life and the quest for meaningful connections. Through a mix of poignant, humorous, and at times, surreal dialogues, the play explores themes of ephemerality, memory, and the digital divide.

As Shala and Aoife dissect the functionality of digital archives and their paradoxical ability to both preserve and erase memories, they grapple with the implications of their online interactions. The play’s structure mirrors the chaotic, non-linear flow of digital communication, creating a tapestry of overlapping voices and fragmented narratives. This exploration is not just confined to the digital realm; it extends into the personal lives of the characters, revealing deep-seated fears, desires, and the eternal search for authenticity in an increasingly ephemeral world.
