Synopsis

Helen, grappling with the traumatic aftermath of a recent tragedy, interacts with Stephen and Jamie, each of whom brings their own pain and complexity to the narrative. The play unfolds through a series of intense, fragmented scenes that blur the lines between reality and memory, creating a disorienting but deeply immersive experience.

The play explores themes of trauma, identity, and the struggle for redemption. It is a drama with elements of dark comedy and social realism, structured as a non-linear, episodic narrative that captures the chaotic inner worlds of its characters. The setting shifts between various locations, including Helen’s home and different public and private spaces where the characters’ paths intersect. This fluidity in setting mirrors the fluidity in time and perspective, enhancing the play’s exploration of how past traumas continue to shape present realities.
