Synopsis

The play is set in an undefined, surreal space, akin to a dreamscape, where various characters interact in disjointed and often symbolic ways. Among these characters are figures representing colonial and racial oppression, such as a white explorer and a missionary. They interact with figures representing the oppressed, including an African prince and a “dead African.”

The play challenges conventional narrative and character structures, making it difficult to pinpoint a main character or a traditional plot. Instead, it invites the audience into an immersive, symbolic world that reflects on the deep scars left by colonialism and racial oppression.
