Indhu Rubasingham MBE is a British theatre director known for her work in promoting diversity and new writing in theatre. She has directed numerous productions at the Royal Court Theatre, including Disconnect (2010) and The Motherf**ker with the Hat (2015). Rubasingham’s direction is noted for its sensitivity to cultural narratives and its emphasis on storytelling that reflects contemporary society. In 2012, she became the Artistic Director of the Kiln Theatre (formerly the Tricycle Theatre) in London, where she has continued to champion diverse voices and innovative productions.
