Caro Black Tam is a Peruvian playwright, screenwriter, and social researcher. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has experience in social research, particularly in public health and education policies. At the Royal Court Theatre, Caro participated in the International Playwrights Programme in 2019, contributed to The Voices in the Back of Your Head by Side Dish in 2020, and was involved in Living Newspaper Edition 4 in 2021. In 2022, he was invited as an international resident at the Royal Court. As of 2024, Caro is a strategic planner at Wunderman Thompson Peru.
